Your product will be created using the information and files submitted with your order.
4. We Create Your Custom Bag
Once your order is confirmed, our production partner Printify receives your personalization details and begins creating your bag.
Each customized product is made specifically for you, so production may require additional processing time before shipping.
5. Your Bag Is Delivered
After production, your personalized bag is carefully packaged and shipped directly to your address. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Personalized products are created specifically for each customer. For this reason, they cannot usually be returned or exchanged due to spelling mistakes, incorrect files, or customization choices submitted during the order.
