Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for checking all personalization information before placing an order.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance.

We may reject, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

Suspected fraud.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Product or production unavailability.
Shipping restrictions.

Prohibited personalization content.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after purchase, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact carrycanvasofficial@gmail.com immediately. Orders that have already entered production cannot normally be modified or cancelled.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the CarryCanvas Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, high-volume periods or events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide the customer with available options as required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the CarryCanvas Refund and Return Policy.

All sales are final except for damaged, defective, incorrect, lost or undelivered products and other circumstances where a remedy is required under applicable law.
